I opened the Japanese restaurant "Yoshiwaka" here in my hometown of Matsuyama with a single desire: to serve our guests dishes at the very moment they are at their most delicious.
We cherish every element—ingredients, temperature, aroma, and atmosphere—and pour our hearts into preparing and serving each and every dish.

We are a Japanese restaurant operating strictly by reservation, featuring only six counter seats.
Both lunch and dinner services begin simultaneously for all guests.
Our philosophy is to serve each dish at its absolute peak of flavor.
We pay meticulous attention to ingredients, preparation, aroma, and temperature, ensuring every dish is served freshly made.
